Contextual Help and Glossary

In Rise, we have no ability to highlight a word and place comments or tips that pop up when a user hovers over it. This would be invaluable combined with a Glossary library that could provide learners with a 'comments bubble or help pop up' that gives them instant explanation to terminology. As with other course production software, this is not a new thing, but seriously lacking in Rise. Is there any plans to have this implemented into the product?
