Glass player or thin player format for Storyline

I would like a "Glass" player style, ala Youtube, that superimposes the tools over an expanded learning experience, or a "Thin" option that expands the learning experience. When creating content in Storyline, it would be nice if one quarter of the displayed screen were not devoted to the Player. 

Reduce the Player into a thin-client, or make it appear, if needed, over the learning content. This will increase visibility of the materials.
