Hi SuzB we currently don't have a way to find and replace inside captions, but last month we just shipped the ability to bulk export all your captions. This option is found in the File menu or the Video Tools ribbon tab. You could export as a single file to see which slides/videos need to be updated and/or export as individual files so that you can make the change and import them back. I know it's not the most elegant solution, but hopefully makes it a little easier.
