Markers

I would love to see some additional improvements to markers. 

1. I would love to have control over when to start and stop the pulse/swirl animation. I thought I might be able to do use States to set pulse vs normal, but those options are grayed out under Edit States. Unless I am missing something I can't find a way to do this with triggers or the Emphasis animation.
2. I love the audio option with markers, but would also like to control when the audio plays. I want to use the audio as another way to draw the user's attention to click on the marker.
