Offline Mobile Access for Rise Courses (Simple App or Easier Export Format)

Idea: Many organisations working in low‑connectivity environments would benefit from being able to distribute Rise courses offline, especially to community health workers using basic Android phones.  Currently, opening a Rise web export requires unzipping and finding the index.html file, which is difficult for low‑literacy users and unreliable on mobile (apparently this is possible thought I haven't actually tried it)

Suggested feature:

• A simple mobile app that can open a Rise export directly or
• An alternative export format designed for easy offline use on phones

Why it matters: This would allow training to be shared through WhatsApp, Bluetooth, SD cards, or USB sticks - common methods in remote areas - and would dramatically increase access for learners with limited connectivity.
