To make the guestbook truly frictionless, why not offer options for an email address? Many companies are shying away from sharing company email addresses because of cyber hacks. Why not offer the option of an email address, cell phone number, or company ID? That would create a unique identifier without limiting the guestbook to participants who have email addresses.
