Reach 360: Folders Needed

Creation of folders are needed for:

  • Manage
    • Groups under People
    • Courses
    • Learn Paths
    • Libraries
    • Topics
  • Analysis
    • Courses
    • Learn Paths

Having the ability to move items into an archived folder within that area that you can still review but it's not in the general view of what is active.

Similar to folders that are in Review 360 and Rise 360.

    Thanks for sharing this idea! I understand you're looking for the ability to create folders across the different areas of Reach 360, along with archived folders where you can move items that are no longer active while still keeping them available for future reference. I also appreciate you sharing the folder experience in Review 360 and Rise as an example of what you'd like to see in Reach 360.

    I'd love to learn a little more about your workflow:

    • Which area of Reach 360 would you find most valuable to organize with folders?
    • Have you had a chance to use Custom Libraries in Reach 360? If so, I'd be interested to hear whether that feature has helped with organizing content. 
    • Approximately how many courses, learning paths, libraries, or other items would you expect to organize this way?
