Reach 360: Groups
I have several groups by lesson. I'd like to "archive" these groups vs deleting the groups, so they do not show up on the "active" list of groups. Is there a way to do that and maybe put them in a folder (similar to Review 360)? We have now changed to group names by Teams (i.e. Infusion Pre-Registration, Infusion Authorization, etc.). As these teams will all take the courses assigned within and new staff assigned to that team will see those assignments too.

Currently, Reach 360 doesn't include a way to archive Groups or organize them into folders. Groups will remain in the Groups list unless they're deleted, and there isn't an option to hide older Groups while keeping them available for future reference.
That said, I can see the value this functionality could add for Reach 360 admins. Has the lack of these organizational options caused any confusion for administrators managing the Groups list? Or has it led to any mistakes, like accidentally assigning learners to the wrong Group?
