Screenshot annotation not working in Review

Several Reviewers told me that the courses bug (they're unable to view and do the activities, blocks don't load) in Review mode when they use the Screenshot Annotation functionnality. Is a fix on track?

    Thanks for reaching out. I wasn't able to reproduce this behavior on my end when testing Screenshot Annotation in Review 360, so I'd like to learn a bit more about what your reviewers are experiencing.

    Could you share a few additional details?

    • Does this happen for all reviewers or only certain reviewers?
    • Which browser and browser version are they using?
    • If possible, could you share a screen recording showing the behavior?
