Settings for publishing courses in Rise

It would be really nice to have a few more options that are persistent between courses.

 In Publish --> LMS

 - Email:  Toggle on or off to specify if you need an email letting you know a course has been published.  Currently, I get an email every time I publish a course.  It would be nice to have a way to disable this notification.  

 - Compress Output:  Toggle on or off to compress files generated by publish.  It would be great if there was a way to just send me a compressed file for the output when I publish a course.  

In Publish --> Preview

- Make the options we pick sticky between courses as well.  If I pick that I want live updates, it would be nice to not have to pick this every time I create a preview link to send out for each course.
