Couple suggestions for getting started:
Training hub: This is our central hub for on-demand training and live webinars. Choose the product you're interested in learning (Rise, Storyline, ID, etc) and you'll find everything you need. Category: Training and Tutorials | Articulate - Community and the dedicated Rise training hub: Rise | Articulate - Community
E-Learning Challenges. We run weekly challenges each week. In most cases, you can use any authoring tool while some challenges are more feature specific to Storyline or Rise.
