Hello from North Carolina!

Hi everyone! I’m Dominique Gathers, based in North Carolina. I work as a Learning Program Consultant III, where I focus on developing learning content, maintaining operational documentation, and improving how resources are structured and delivered for a better user experience.

I joined the AI Assistant Certification Cohort to learn how AI can streamline content creation and modernize our workflows. I’m hoping to gain practical ways to apply AI in my day-to-day work and bring back ideas that help improve efficiency and engagement.

    dgathers​ (Dominique), you're definitely in the right place!

    And this ... "gain practical ways to apply AI in my day-to-day work and help improve efficiency and engagement," is where many IDs are living.

    What tool(s) does your org use to "maintain operational documentation?" I'm always curious when I see folks mention it. My org (IMHO) would benefit greatly from a true knowledge base and a bonafide Knowledge Management (KM) team.
