Hello from Wisconsin!
Longtime lurker, occasional helper, and lover of Articulate products here! I have my roots in higher education, where I wrote and storyboarded content alongside faculty and academic staff, but never got a chance to develop my designs into their final form—that was the task of our media team. But now that I've moved into a corporate L&D space, I still get to use my basic instructional design skill set, but also dabble in the creative.
I'm always learning something new from this community... and Articulate listens to their customers, making their products not just reliable, but also very fun to use. It's great to be here!

I'm so glad to see your intro, JenLynnRusso! It seems like you've not only been a user, but a community member, too for a while. I'm curious, what made you want to drop an introduction today?
Well, I actually attended today's Tips and Tricks webinar where they brought up the Badge Passport Challenge. I went over to that post and saw you can get awarded a badge for posting in the Welcome Center. And that's when I thought, "Wait, there's a Welcome Center??" I'm not as interested in earning the badge (I'm the worst at participating in gamification) as much as I am in finding a familiar name or discovering a kindred spirit 😃
Absolutely LOVE this answer. That's exactly why we made the passport challenge—I think you're right that although badges are fun, they're certainly not as meaningful as real connection with others. But they sure are a cool way to get people knowing about areas of the community they may not have known about before! Thrilled to get to see your name pop up here and excited to get to know you better.
