Welcome JadeLFrasers! Really glad to have you here, welcome. I can definitely see how localization would be a big challenge specifically for someone working at a large organization.
One thing that pops to mind that you might want to know about is that we actually have a localization subgroup launching soon in the community — when it launches you'll be able to find it under Connect > Join Groups.
