Hi, folks - long time no post!
Hey Heroes — I'm back, and I brought a plan!
I've been heads-down for a while, but things are clicking back into place. I've just launched a new personal site at adamleibler.com — built clean, no frameworks, just HTML/CSS/JS and a lot of intention — and I'm committing to being a lot more active here and on LinkedIn going forward.
A bit about where I'm at:
I'm leaning fully into learning experience design as my primary focus. 15 years of change enablement work across federal agencies (NASA, HHS, VA), big tech (Twitch), and the U.S. Army has given me a pretty specific lens on what makes learning actually change behavior — and I'm ready to start writing and building in public around that.
What you can expect from me here:
— Real Articulate projects shared in the community — not just polished final products, but the design decisions, the iterations, the things that didn't work the first time.
— Resources and frameworks I'm developing around change-informed learning design — the stuff that lives at the intersection of instructional design and organizational change.
— Honest engagement. I'm here to learn from this community as much as to contribute to it.
I'm also running a section of my site called The Lab — it's where I think out loud about research, projects, and ideas in progress. If something I post here sparks something worth writing up longer, that's probably where it'll land.
Good to be back. What have I missed?
Adam

Heya Adam!
Wild set of credentials (I am a big Twitch fan as comfort watching especially when I was in college!).Love that you're excited to share examples, we're always ready to see those in the Community.
As far as what's new, well I am (I started at Articulate last July but I still feel like a total newbie some days)! We also have some really fun programs that we're launching (including Announcing the AI Assistant Certification Cohort: Level Up Your AI Skills! | E-Learning Heroes ) - all worth checking out.
Looking forward to seeing you jump in and around ELH, let me know how I can help!- AdamLeiblerCommunity Member
Hi Rachael!
Oh, to work at Articulate - lucky you! I actually just applied for the Training Manager Position that's open there. Fingers crossed for THAT dream job. I used to hold a similar position at Trivantis (Lectora) before we got absorbed by eLB Learning.
I'm digging through all the weekly challenges I've missed rn - lots to absorb!
