Hi from Buffalo, NY

Hi everyone! I’m Eileen, based near Buffalo, NY. My background includes corporate training, instructional design, and eLearning development.

I’ve been using Articulate 360 for the last 7 years, and I’m here to keep upskilling, stay current, learn from others, and share when I can.

I’m building Engage to Empower Learning Solutions, where I focus on clear, practical, human-centered training for small businesses and growing teams. I’m especially interested in onboarding, scenario-based learning, job aids, and performance support that help make messy workplace processes easier to understand and use.

Looking forward to connecting!

Thank you so much for the warm welcome and for pointing me toward these! The scenario-based learning discussion and weekly challenges are especially up my alley. I’m still getting settled in, but I’m looking forward to digging around and getting more involved.

    Welcome, Eileen.

You said, "I’m building Engage to Empower Learning Solutions." Does that mean you've left a corporate role to strike out on your own as an entrepreneur?

Exactly! I recently left a long-term corporate instructional design role and started Engage to Empower. I’m taking the kinds of training tools and learning strategies larger companies use and helping smaller businesses apply them in a practical way—so employees feel more prepared, turnover is reduced, and the business has better support as it grows.
