Review 360 not displaying a Rise 360 interactive labelled graphic for some reviewers
Hi there. First time poster. :)
I have published a Rise360 eLearn to Review 360 and sent it to 3 people to review. Two of the reviewers get stuck part way through as I've included a button to 'complete activity before continuing on' button, but they cannot see the interactive labelled graphic that lies just before the button.
I can see it fine in the review file, and the other reviewer had no issues either.
The 2 reviewers can see the labelled graphic if they use the side menu to go straight to the particular lesson where they get stuck, but not if they use the 'Start course' button and work their way through the preceding lessons. Has anyone else had this sort of issue? We are all using Edge in Windows.

Hi 01Jill — welcome to the community and congrats on your first post! Heads up you posted this in our intros forum which is generally where new members are going to say hi and introduce themselves; but, it sounds like you're looking for technical support? I think your best bet would be to repost this in our Discuss Articulate Products forum, and then of course we'd love to see you post an intro here 😄
Oops! Hi I'm Jill and have been brought out of retirement to write some new induction type eLearns for a government department in Melbourne, Australia. Have used Articulate 360 for many years, but needing to refresh the retired brain cells on a few topics.
