This was just sent in an email from articulate. I tried the download link from the email but it doesn't work so googled and landed here where it also doesn't work.

Please sort this as I would love to have this checklist.

Yes, the links in the recent Articulate email do not work for me! I am getting a connection error in ALL browsers using Windows (EDGE, Chrome and Firefox)
"The connection for this site is not securego.articulate.com uses an unsupported protocol.
ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH
Unsupported protocol
The client and server don't support a common SSL protocol version or cipher suite."
However I can download the document using the link above in this page without problem!
