Hey Lynda! Thanks for the feedback. Since this was created in PowerPoint, creating a hover effect isn't really possible, but that is something you could easily add in Storyline!
You could try using the trigger action to open a small text box on powerpoint with the definition if required, not tested but can't see why it wouldn't work.
