  • Is there another version of this that was created using an older version of Storyline? I keep receiving an error message.

I got one error message, about a missing font. But other than that, the file opened just fine in Storyline 360. No updating necessary.

However, I wasn't able to edit anything, until I saw that all the image elements were locked. I just needed to click the unlock button at the top-left of the timeline. Now everything works.

Thanks as always for your generosity, Montse!

Hello, I am new to E-Learning and I actually I've been looking into making avatar or cartoon-like characters of real people. Can you tell me how you did that or what you used? I could use something like this example for our new hire orientation so people can recall who they've met walking through the departments. Thank you and nice work!

These are the built in Storyline characters but you can always get avatars from avatarmaker.com or some other site; that's how I did my display pic here :)

Yes, I can't open the downloaded file either. I have Storyline 2. When I attempt to open the downloaded file, I get a "Can't open file because it was created in a newer version of Storyline" type error message.
  • The downloaded file looks nothing like the graphic above and no characters appear in the lower 4 circles. Is an older file version linked to the download button? I'm confused.
  • I agree. The demo looks fabulous but the download is different and lacking the faces.
