Take some time to go through this course to see if you’re at risk of workplace burnout. Interested in creating a self-assessment like the one in this example? Then download and edit the story file to include in your own Rise 360 course.
Chris, great work on this! Have you thought about making this available to the general public? This course would have enormous value for a lot of people who are struggling right now.
Hi Stephen, I don't think I can make a Rise course publicly available from my end from what I can see.
I'm not sure if it is in breach of any community guidelines but you are more than welcome to the course - I can share an editable version or the SCORM package via email.
Hi Chris, this is a great module. Thank you for sharing. I would love to utilise it for my client. I appreciate you have said you are happy to share on previous posts. However before I used any of your content I wanted to double check this was ok with you.
Thanks Helen, the assessment was built in Storyline - it's just one variable which is the total.
Each radio button that is in state "selected" will add a value of 1 to it when the calculate button is used.
The rest works the same way as a results slide that shows passed/failed. One of the feedback fields will have it's state changed depending on the score range when the total is calculated.
Hi Chris, thanks for sharing this. Quick question: did you have to put all of the radio buttons (and therefore triggers) on 1 slide to make this work? I'm trying to recreate a different self-assessment questionnaire but can't seem to figure out how to add a trigger to a consequent slide that looks at radio buttons from previous slides.
Hi Catherine, sorry I missed your question! Yes I have them all on the base layer. For what you want to do, you'll need to set up some variables. When radio button 1 is set to selected have it adjust a variable, probably set it to toggle, then on your other layer have the trigger look at that variable.
Hi Chris, could I also add my name to the list of folks who'd love an editable version. My email address is my first name dot my surname at justice dot qld dot gov dot au
Hi Chris, this has just popped up on my feed, it is really excellent - may I jump on the bandwagon too and ask for a copy please? My email is gillian.crayden1@gmail.com
Thank you.
Hi Chris, this is excellent and I would love to share it with my colleagues if ok with you. You can find me at learning@riftgroup.com.
