My point exactly and why do I as a Mac user need to purchase another program and possibly additional hardware(more ram) in order to use SL?!?! Not very customer centric if you ask me!!!
Articulate's about the most customer centric company I've seen. I have to believe there's more to software development than clicking a "Convert app to Mac button."
- There is. Development and support cost mucho. And Adobe has deeper pockets probably to do both, whereas Articulate has to be more conservative.
- Correct there is more than that to software development; however it should not be an excuse! As for Articulate being the most customer centric company... I will agree to disagree.
