Instructional Design is the practice of creating instructional experiences in a way that maximizes their appeal and the ability of the learner to retain the knowledge and skills being taught.
Instructional Designers (ID) often follow an ID model called the ADDIE method which consists of the following five steps: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation.
