Though many of us have an idea of how we should approach stressful situations, many of us struggle to cope effectively. In order to avoid internalizing that negativity or turning towards unhealthy outlets (like procrastinating, addictions or overeating)—typically making our stress worse. In this course, we’ll explore the science of stress and learn how to easily identify stress patterns in ourselves. The primary goal of this training is for you to gain the confidence you need to regain control of your day-to-day, no matter what stressors you are up against in or out of the workplace.
