2 TopicsWho's That Pokémon
Link to my course I built a game where you see a blurred image and must guess which Pokémon is being shown. There's a countdown timer, intervals where the image gets clearer, and a score kept throughout the game. My intention was to make this game more dynamic but I ran out of time. I was inspired by the blurred image example I saw in the code block introduction as well as my son's never-ending interest in Pokémon. I used Gemini to code the game. My first attempt was pretty detailed, including timers, intervals, rounds, directions, and images. However, I immediately ran into images issues. In the end, I created another Rise course that included all of the images I wanted to use. I then added the URLs of those individual images to this code block. Overall it was a fun first code and first build-a-thon.48Views1like1CommentGame Pieces
