Help Needed: Issues with course completion tracking after translating courses
Hello, We've started translating our courses from English to 5 other languages using an AI translation tool (using the XLIFF file). We use Learndash as LMS and export the courses in xAPI format using course completion. We've always done it this way with the +25 courses in English we have. The issue is that now that we have courses in other languages it seems that the tracking doesn't work. Users that take courses in French or Spanish don't see the course completed and can't access the certificate. I'm not a tech expert and can't pin point where the issue is exactly but I've been doing the same, following the same steps, for all the translated courses as I did for the English courses and I'm losing my mind. Anyone can help? What is the issue? Is there a bug in Rise with the translated courses? I'd be happy to provide more information and screenshots if needed.
