Clickable area problem in labeled graphic

Apr 19, 2011

Hi,

Wondering if anyone has seen this before, and if anyone has a solution.

On  a few labeled graphic interactions we've inserted into a course, some (but not all) of the points are not quite lining up with the actual clickable area. Sometimes the clickable area is right above the point, and sometimes it's right below. The user has to hunt around for it. Any ideas?

Thanks!

i just had a battle with EXACTLY this issue and discovered several things:

1. Shutting down the Storyline editor and reloading the story in question solves the problem (mostly)

2.  Bringing the object that is clickable to the front fixes the problem, even when there doesn't seem to be an object in the way.  I don't have an explanation for why that works when nothing is in the way, but it solved the problem.

I discovered that is was not the object itself that was the problem but the spot on the screen that was the problem,  Any object I put there would have the problem described here, until I moved it to the front.
