Attachment problems

Afternoon all,

I am not sure if you can help! i am having problems getting attachments to be shown on my presentation. When i try to change the view in 'Player Templates' so that attachments are shown i get the following error message

 so now when i preview my slides i cannot see attachments:

is this to do with a setting on my PC? i have tried reinstalling articulate but this does not seem to help.

any help would be much appreciated!
