I am in the process of looking to implement an LMS. I narrowed down the options. One has unlimited file hosting size but is much pricier and another gives me 5GB oh file hosting. The company is only 130 employees but I plan on uploading a good amount of courses. My question is would 5GB be enough?
As with most things related to content, it all depends. Will your courses have lots of video? Audio? Animations? How long are they? Do you have existing courses you've already created? How large is the published output for your average course?
5GB total storage will probably last you a long time, if your courses aren't extraordinarily large or video-heavy. Will you have the option to add storage if you need to?
