I am getting reports that in several modules when a learner clicks on the next button before a video or the audio ends on a slide that the slide gets "stuck" and the learner cannot progress. Is this a common problem? How can it be avoided? Please point me to a discussion around this if I missed it in my search.
And if you are using an LMS, have you had a chance to test your course in the SCORM Cloud to see if the behavior is seen there, as well? You may also find this article on How to Troubleshoot Your LMS with SCORM Cloud to be helpful, as well. :)
Thanks. I actually don't do the LMS end of things, just the design piece. I know that it was uploaded to Relias and tested there. I will pass on the Trouble-shooting document.

Hi, Susan -- Could you please tell us a bit more about the environment in which this behavior is being experienced (ie. and LMS)?

Christie,

Hi Susan!
Another thing is that you may want to check how your navigation is set. Sounds like you may have navigation restricted:
You can read more about this here.
This can also be customized for individual slides in the Slide Properties manager. Click here to learn how.
