Greetings Heroes!
I have a course set up that includes some Flash videos that are SAP simulations recorded in Captivate 4. My problem is the videos behave fine on my local drive. When i move the publihsed prject to a network drive for my coworkers to view, the videos do not play--i.e. they are set to open in a new browser window, and do not open.
Any Ideas on how to resolve this issue.

Is there interactivity in your flash videos? If not, you might consider saving your captivate files as an mp4. That's what I have to do, or my Captivate Flash files behave very badly in Articulate Presenter or Engage.
What process do you use to get the videos into an mp4 format?
I'm using 5.5, but my steps are to go to Publish then select Media. Under Media options, I select mp4, and that's it! I hope that helps. I don't know how much publishing differs between 4 and 5.5.
Hi Derek,
We also use Cp4. In the Publish menu, select the Media icon on the left, then use the drop-down to change the Select Type from Windows Executable (.exe) to Video (.avi ). That will enable some video options, like what video and audio format to use.
