Quizmaker 13 Issue with LMS Completion Status

Hello,

I have several quizmaker items throughout my course.  Whether the user passes the quizzes/knowledge checks or fails them, they are still allowed to progress through the course (because I have quizmaker providing feedback when they get items wrong so the user is corrected if they miss something).  

However, what I've figured out is that if they fail even one of the quizzes/knowledge checks, the LMS will not mark the user as having completed the course.  I WANTthe LMS to mark the user complete, and not have it dependent on whether they passed or failed the various quizzes/knowledge checks throughout.  How do I do that and still allow the user to receive feedback on items they missed?
