Access denied trying to download updates and Storyline

Hi there,

I'm trying to download Storyline App however it asks me to download the updates first. Only problem is that a message comes up saying "Access denied. Your antivirus software may be blocking installation. Temporarily disable it and install again." Error 80070005 

I have temporarily disabled the Antivirus however it still comes up with the same message. (see attached) I have the Articulate 360 app but needing Storyline.
