I am doing some step-by-step instructions and would like the user to mimic entering their username / password.
I have used input fields to allow the user to type in their log in details. Is there any way to change the password as they type to asterix ***** rather than displaying the entered text?
Thanks very much for your input Michael and Matthew.
I had seen something about using a password font, but I was a bit worried about getting users to install it. I'll spend sometime looking at Matthew's script
The method we were working on did not require the end user to install the password font, the font was embedded in the course. Matthew's method is probably better so just consider this as a backup method.

Try out the solution I posted here a while back https://community.articulate.com/discussions/articulate-storyline/password-font-not-embedded-in-scorm-file
Let me know if you would like me to create a demo in Storyline 2.
Yours is probably a better solution. I saw that a while back but had forgotten about it. Thanks.
