Currently we have a course that has been uploaded to our LMS (ComplianceWire) and there have been reports from some users who are not able to run it properly from Internet Explorer. This course runs fine using Chrome. Does anyone know why this happens for some users when trying to run this from IE? Any particular settings that may have to be updated, etc.?
I'd suggest you try publishing to SCORM Cloud to help determine if the root cause rests in the content, or LMS as LMS are unique creatures with their own quirks. Good luck
We had similar issues with SL360 SCORM packages and our LMS (SumTotal). We had to change the publish settings to Flash Only, and everything worked in IE, Chrome, and Edge.
