Over the past week (at least) I've been having an issue with audio files changing slides. For example, I inserted the correct audio file on the Summary slide, but when I preview the course the audio file for the Navigation slide is there. The first few times I chalked it up to user error, but now that it's happened at least a dozen times, I know it's not me.
Could something be happening on the back end when I preview/publish the course?

Have you published and tested the course in the intended environment? Is this only happening in preview?
Can you upload the story file - might be easier for someone to assist if they can see your setup.
