Hi, there seems to be a bug on SL3 where the HTML page background (the background behind the player) is black. This only occurs on an iPad as it's fine on desktop.
Thanks for your reply. I'm surprised to hear this is expected behavior when I had no such issues with SL1&2. Yes it does unfortunately impact on the design, I'm guessing the only way to resolve this would be to either revert back to using SL2 or edit the HTML of the published course which is not ideal for me.

Hi Phil - If I'm understanding you correctly, this is the expected behavior.
Take a look at this demo for example and the black background behind all of the actual content is what we expect to see on mobile devices.
I've seen other users mention that this was an impact on their design and you're welcome to share your thoughts with the product development team here as well.
If you're asking about something different, perhaps a screenshot would be helpful.

It's effecting our design so we need an option to change the HTML BG for Tab & Mobile devices in Storyline 3.

Hi Geetha - I do not have an update to provide on the above feature requests.
I did just take the time to connect some dots internally for our team.
I'm no developer, so I'm not sure if it's possible, but it's worth having someone take a closer look.
