I've created a survey with storyline 360, and on the results slide, I've put a "Print" button and an "Email" button (with the appropriate triggers obviously...)
Neither one of them works - the "Print" Button doesn't respond at all, and the "Email" button opens a message box but it's empty (no message or attachment)
Thanks for allowing me to take a look at your file! We're working on an issue in Storyline 360 where the Print Result button does not work in HTML5 if you have included an Essay Survey slide. I'll be sure to add your experience to the report and let you know as soon as we have an update. In the meantime, are you able to use a short answer survey slide or publish with Flash/HTML5 fallback, instead?
Great news! We just released another update for Articulate 360, and included a few important fixes and new features that you'll see in the release notes here.
The item you'll be interested in is how we fixed an issue where the Print Results button wouldn't work in HTML5 output when the quiz included an essay question.
Just launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer and click the Update button for each application. Details here.

In regards to the Send Email button, Storyline doesn't include a Send Email Results feature, but you can send an email with a pre-populated subject line and body text using a hyperlink trigger. Here's how!
