I am a true novice with storyline 2. I am using a template and its intro slide has what appear to be picture files, but are instead a shape and a character. when i right click on the two images, for the shape I am only given the option of "change shape" and for the character I am only given the option of reset picture, but not replace. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you so much for the reply. The file is actually a template created by one of your staff. It can be found at think link. I am hoping to change the pictures on the welcome page.
The image of the character is one of Storyline's built in character, so you will only be able to change it to another character option - or choose to remove it and then add in your own image file. The only item on the welcome page that is set up as an image/picture is the "modern office" image and if you click on that you'll see the options to change picture as a part of the formatting options.
