I realize this is an easy action, however, I'm having difficulty. I would like to change the colors of the slider track so that when it moves to the left it is green and when it moves to the right it is red. What am I missing that I cannot figure out how to change the colors?
Hmm this is close to what I'm trying to achieve, but I was hoping for the left side of the slider to fill and right side of the slider to remain unchanged. Is there not way to colour bother sides of the slider independently?
Thanks Katie. I found this example was close to what I was trying to achieve, but even with 20 states to control the slider fill (a bit unwieldy with twenty triggers!) there is still an occasional gap between the slider head and the fill. It's a big shame that sliders don't have progressive fill build in as an option as this would save a lot of work...
Edit. Realised it was the authors fault.. the slider states weren't entirely even. This solution works.. BUT! would be so much easier if there was more control over the look/feel/behaviour of sliders.

Hi Jamie
is this what you are after...
Hello Jamie!
Looks like Wendy gave you a good example to try. Let us know if you need anything further!
Thank you...how were you able to change the color of the tracker though it moved?
Here is a link to a slider tutorial, incl. info on how to format the slider thumb and track: https://community.articulate.com/series/4/articles/adding-sliders
Thanks for sharing Michael!
Jamie, in the file, Wendy used different states to change the color of the bar based on the number variable in the slider:

Hello there, Christian.
Thank you for sharing a screenshot of your goal. It's super helpful to see!
A custom slider design like such is something Storyline could do. In fact, check out these nifty examples to get those creative juices flowing:
The community may have more crafty approaches on this design challenge, so I'll open the floor to them!
