Email trigger doesn't work

Hi Heroes,
I don't how if I'm missing something but the email trigger in Storyline doesn't work for me.
Yes, I have email client installed (Outlook)
Yes, my browsers have scripting enabled.
No, I'm not testing it locally - having it uploaded on Review doesn't work either.

I've created this trigger plenty of times so don't understand what's wrong.
Can anyone shed a light on the issue please.

did you test it in your LMS or on your website? Because it´s not working in Review. ;)

when I'm testing your link via IE it just opens a new Chrome window. On Chrome it doesn't work at all.
I've tested the file on Scorm Cloud but clicking the button closes the window in which the slide is displayed.
What is your default for emails? Typically the new window should invoke the email client.

Hi Erin - Do you have a default e-mail client set up? It sounds like that's what Joanna had to do.
Hopefully she'll be able to chime in and assist if she has some tips :)
I do, i have Outlook set up. What is strange is that I can click the email and it'll pop up, BUT it closes the course at the same time.
I'm using Chrome.

I've seen this reported previously, but the user tracked the issue down to Chrome, their LMS, and SCORM 1.2 as you can see here.
Do you experience a similar issue if you test in SCORM Cloud?
