General about New Look
Nov 25, 2014
I cannot find anything on this site anymore. There used to be a Help section, where you could actually search for your problem or question and get answers. Is there anything intuitive about using this new "look"?
I have a 30 day trial for Storyline 2 to evaluate for my workplace to use, but cannot find any useful tutorials to show me how to actually use the features within the software. The ones by Arlyn only show me what features are available but not how to create anything. For example, I want to know how to create and use the interactive slider, he shows me how to set up the triggers but not how to create the different stats to utilize.
I am hoping someone has some useful suggestions as I am running out of time, and getting frustrated with the software when everything I read says it is so easy to use.
Thanks,
June

Hi June
there is a magnifying glass in the top right next to your profile picture or avatar that will open the search field. Hope that helps. all SL tutorials are located under the Learn tab > Articulate Storyline option
Thanks. I just found that but it searches the entire site not just the thread I am in.
Hi June
here are some links I found that might be useful
https://community.articulate.com/articles/working-with-sliders
https://community.articulate.com/articles/adding-sliders
These are some examples of how sliders have been used and quite often include the source file so you can see how they are built.

If you have something specific you are trying to do, you can post here and I'm sure someone will help you work through it
Hello June!
Here is a link to the new tutorials for Storyline 2. Hope this can get you started.
Thanks Wendy!
Thanks Emily,
I will give them a try. Appreciate the support.
June,
Always happy to help. FYI - when you use the reply function in the email, your email signature will copy into the post. You can go in and edit that.
You can click on the title of the thread in the email to get directly into the post and this will not copy your signature over.
