HELP!! PROBLEM WITH MARKERS IN SCORMS!!!

Hello! My name is Frank and I have a question about something that has been going on for a very short time.
We have courses made with markers and their texts, and very recently they look bad, blurry, has it happened to you, why could it be?
can anybody help me? We have not touched anything in the courses and we do not understand why it is happening. It is very annoying for the students.

We'd be happy to help you! Have you tested your course in a different LMS environment like SCORM Cloud to rule out issues with your current LMS?
