Using avatars as a guide- need help

Hi There,

I'm trying to create a short e-learning course where the learner can select an avatar and the selected avatar acts as the guide to navigate the learner through the course. This avatar will be in different poses across the slides. I know there are combination of variables and triggers to make it work, somehow I'm not able to figure it out right.

Can anyone help me out here with your ideas?
