Hyperlinks only work with mouse not with touch

I did a quick test using a simple slide with a hyperlink on my iOS mobile device and the hyperlink was able to respond to a tap on the screen. Here's the link that I used for testing.

I'd like to ask a few questions to help clarify your experience: 

• Which device did you test the course on?
• Is the issue browser-specific?
• Does downgrading to the previous version of Storyline 360 correct the behavior? 

Additionally, would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case for testing? We'll delete it when we're done!

thanks for answering.

We use laptops with touchscreens and Smartboard-TVs, all running on Windows.

Chrome or Edge dosesn´t make any difference.

Following your idea of downgrading:

I had to downgrade to version 3.84.31722.0. Then the hyperlinks worked by touch in preview and export.

Starting with 3.84.31840.0 only click works, touch does not. Not in preview and not in an export created with this version.

For me the hyperlinks in your test file do not work by touching.

did you try touch on windows with SL 3.85/3.86 ?
