I am using a "Classic" player for my project. I used some buttons at the top of the screen.
If I use the "Player Title" in the classic player at that time when I try to hit the button that button top hit area is not working and the remaining bottom half hit area is working.
If I uncheck the title in the classic player. Then the button hit area is working fully.
Please find the attached images. Please give me the solution for this.
I tried to recreate this on my end and unfortunately, I didn't have any issues clicking the buttons. I'm using Storyline 360 Update 38 (Build 3.38.21779.0).
From here, I'd like to take a look at the file to understand what would be effecting the states of the buttons. Would you mind either attaching your file to this discussion or uploading it to us by using this private upload link?
