If I placed opposing javascript, such as Execute Javascript "StartCapture" when timeline starts on the master slide and Execute Javascript "StopCapture" when timeline starts on the main slide, which would trump / occur last?
Depending somewhat on your code, but basically code in the maintimeline will overwrite code on your masterslide. You can try with inline variables... that you set both in the master...and then on the timeline itself. Then you will notice it overwrites it.
