We are using Storyline 3 to create SCORM files (SCORM 2004 / 4th Edition). We are uploading these files into KnowBe4 for training. We are training complete (not pass/fail). The problem we are experiencing is that Knowbe4 does not recognize fail/pass - only complete/incomplete and the quiz is set with at least 80% to pass. We can't figure out if this is a KnowBe4 issue or a problem with our SCORM file.
Any suggestions on what to look at to further diagnose this problem? Thank you.

We usually recommend setting a Passed/Incomplete or Passed/Failed as these options are most likely to record both completion and success statuses in your LMS. You'll also want to track using quiz result. To do this, follow the steps in this gif below:
I've you've already completed these steps and are still running into issues, try testing your file in SCORM Cloud to see if it reports successfully there!
