Mail services/Mailto function in Storyline 2

Hi everyone!

Thank you for giving your interest to this topic :)

I am creating this survey line module and I have a problem in Storyline 2 with the Mailto function. I had tested the Mailto function and I dont want to manually write down all the information about the email I want it to auto generate the fiends and submit.
My method is that after the learner has taken the module storyline would generate either alerts, notifications & email to the learner, Yes they had to fill out a text field as to their Name, Address, email etc...

AND

The admin would retrieve all the survey data like data fields/text fields and results via email or maybe in LMS?

Hi, Josef -- Thanks for your question! Have you had the opportunity to review this information, Articulate Storyline Doesn't Include an Email Results Feature? If others in the community have a suggestion you could try to accomplish what you are hoping to achieve, I encourage them to offer it, and if you would like to share your ideas with our Product Development team, you are welcome to use this form.
