This is the default Play button that is displayed for Storyline's html5 content on mobile devices. Have a look at this thread here. I'm not sure if this workaround still functions, but give it a try.
Sorry, I just noticed in your screenshot the blue band along the top. Is that the 'Play button' you mean? The thread I mentioned above related to the round, greyish button.
If you're using the Cornerstone app, that button is likely something you'd want to reach out to them about, as the blue band across the top isn't coming from Storyline or our mobile player.
There also isn't a way to get rid of that within Storyline, as it's built into the mobile Safari HTML5 playback functionality. You could look at Michael's suggestions, but just a reminder that it's not something we can offer support for, so use it with caution.
Do you have a video on the first slide of your course? Browsers like Chrome and Safari have started to block the auto play of media. This article explains those changes, and depending on the version of Storyline you're using, the additional support for that version may already be available to you.

thanks to both, I can't avoid this blue Play course bar on the top but was questionning about the Grey play button in the center :) thanks
